Theme Park Fun

Theme ParkOwning a theme park is full of fun and excitement…sort of.  I can’t wait to see the new movie coming out (I can’t remember the name) where the college graduate can’t find a job and as a last resort works for a theme park.  I’ll blog again to let you know if the behind the scenes action is anywhere close to reality.

I love the happy faces, the free cotton candy, the smiling children, and I even love the runny-nosed crying children.  Parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles are all at my location enjoying memories of their childhood through rides and games from years past.  It is a joy to give people a day off of work and engage them in play and laughter.

Good karma must be mine because when I had a cost segregation services company review my business I made out like a lottery winner.  The organization sent a team of professionals including an accountant, a cost seg engineering expert, and an architect.  Their team of experts advised that all my temporary structures as well as my property no longer necessary for the operation of my business would all be eligible for accelerated depreciation.   Why it took me so long to have my cost segmentation options reviewed, I do not know.  What I do know is that I want happiness for others and I seemed to have attracted goodness to myself in return.
