What Is Real Time SEO?

Search engine optimization is changing. It’s no longer based entirely on the authority of websites that have been around a long time and developed a strong ranking on the search engines. It’s now starting to become influenced by updated information on sites that operate in real time (such as Twitter and Facebook). This means that you’re going to need to change the way that you approach your Tampa SEO campaign to account for the new way that SEO is going to be happening in the months to come.

The main difference between real time SEO and the standard SEO methods that we’re used to is that real time SEO is heavily influenced by computer users on social media sites. Traditional SEO has been influenced by companies whereas it is consumers that will influence what shows up on search engines as things start to change. In other words, by posting and linking on Twitter, a consumer can now create as much buzz about a product as the product’s owner used to with an intense Tampa Pay Per Click and SEO campaign for its website.

Companies are going to need to do two things as this real time SEO stuff starts to happen. First, they’re going to have to learn how to appropriately market themselves through these new real time sites in order to keep their websites visible in searches. And second, they’re going to need to learn how to track and respond to consumers posting about their products in order to minimize the effects of any negative consumer publicity. It’s a changing world out there on the Internet. It’ll be interesting to see how it all develops in real time.
