Most people enjoy receiving handmade and unique items for Christmas because it shows you cared enough to spend time and thoughtfulness for them. You will want to pick out a special candle scent that you know they will enjoy. One of the more powerful senses is one of smell and candles are so very popular and should be included in any gift basket you chose to give. There are scents that enhance mood and relaxation, or they may like floral scents, or kitchen aromas or even fruity scents. If desired, make up a basket of wine and fruit.                           

With Christmas coming soon and knowing I won’t have the funds this year to spend on presents I decided to make some gift baskets for the ladies on my list. I went shopping at my favorite card factory outlet at the mall. They have an array of inexpensive baskets, ribbon, tissue paper and scented soy candles. To go along with my three inch aromatherapy candles I purchased some body lotion, body and bath gel, bath sponge and back massager. For the finishing touch for my gift basket I bought some gourmet tea and shortbread cookies filled with fudge. I know my gift baskets are going to be a big hit with my family this Christmas!
