Corgis look cute, but because of what they are raised to do, they have a bad habit of nipping at your heels if they think you’re walking too slow. I’ve tried for years to break my Pembroke Corgi of this habit.

Whether you choose a Pembroke Corgi or a Cardigan, remember, these are tough little working dogs and aren’t good dogs for children. Don’t get a Corgi if you have small children.

What I never expected to learn about the Pembroke Welsh Corgi is that they’re herding dogs, too. Despite their small size and cute appearance, they’re herding dogs!

Depending on how old your Corgi is, they can be little balls of fire. The young ones love to run and play. Better get an older dog if you’re planning on getting a Corgi for your Mom or someone.

My mom had a Corgi, and it was one of the nicest little dogs you can get. They’re kind of funny-looking, with those short legs, but they’re pefect pets for an older lady. Good lap dogs.

Corgis are great little dogs. Wonderful personalities, but look around for the dog you want. They can be expensive, depending on which breeder you buy them from.

Corgis are cool. I get a laugh just looking at their thick little bodies tottering around on those short legs. Their personalities are pretty good, too.

I don’t know much about Corgis, but I do know that Boston Terriers are good dogs. They’re kind of high-strung, some of them are yappy, but in general, they’re a good choice for a family with kids.
